This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDPA” or “the Act”) and the rules framed thereunder.
This notice is applicable to Money Lancer Investments Pvt. Ltd., operating Moneylancer Direct, in the Fintech sector.

- Aadhaar / Government ID
- Financial Data (Bank Account, Credit Card Info)

7. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained as long as it is necessary to serve the purposes for which it was collected. Once the purposes are fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices or applicable laws. Data Principals will be notified of any material changes through our website or direct communication.

C2. Distributor status and role
Money Lancer is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-189009). We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and do not provide investment advice for a fee. We distribute regular plans of mutual funds and provide execution and account-servicing. We receive commission (including trail commission) from Asset Management Companies for the investments made through us. Any information on this website is for your general understanding and is not personalised investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any scheme.
C3. Commission disclosure
As a distributor of regular plans, Money Lancer earns commission from AMCs. The commission structure differs across schemes and AMCs. Details of the commission earned are available to you on request, in line with SEBI and AMFI requirements. Direct plans of the same schemes, which do not carry distributor commission, are available directly from the AMC / registrar.
C4. EUIN and execution-only declaration
Each transaction records the ARN and, where applicable, the Employee Unique Identification Number (EUIN) of the person who interacted with you. Where a transaction is made without any advice from us (execution-only), it will be marked accordingly, and you confirm that the transaction is your own decision.
C5. No assured returns; past performance
Mutual funds do not offer assured or guaranteed returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go up or down depending on market conditions, and you may get back less than you invested.

Any risk-profiling tool on this website is provided for your general guidance only. Its output is indicative and is not investment advice or a recommendation. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and may wish to consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser for personalised advice.
C7. Execution through third parties
Transactions are executed and recorded through the stock exchange platforms (NSE), the registrars (RTAs — CAMS, KFintech) and the AMCs. Money Lancer facilitates these transactions as a distributor and is not responsible for the acts of these independent entities beyond its role as facilitator. Processing timelines (including NAV applicability) are governed by SEBI regulations and the schemes' terms.
